Conveniently located in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York, Elmira Stamping & Manufacturing has specialized in medium- to high-volume contract metal stamping, progressive die stamping, and CNC machining since 1970.
Metal Stamping
ES&M specializes in both deep-draw and progressive die stamping. We are equipped with man servo, high-speed, mechanical, and hydraulic stamping presses ranging from 30 to 400 tons. Our machines are optimized for automation with in-die contact and non-contact sensors.
We are also experts in secondary put-and-take operations for parts that cannot be completed in a progressive die.
Machining
Our experience is put to work on our highly advanced CNC turrets, laser, mills and lathes. We have multiple 5-axis Emmegi XT extrusion milling centers with a bed capacity of 30 feet, plus turrets, lasers, and more. Production programs are downloaded directly to the machines for rapid, efficient, accurate production that reduces scrap and lowers manufacturing costs.
Welding
The Elmira production welding facility offers MIG and TIG welding and spot welding for completely assembled components.
