Stamping
At ES&M, we specialize in both deep-draw and progressive die stamping, delivering high-performance solutions for complex metal components. Our facilities are equipped with a versatile range of servo, high-speed, mechanical, and hydraulic presses, with capacities from 30 to 400 tons, enabling us to meet diverse production demands with precision and efficiency. Our stamping systems are fully optimized for automation, featuring advanced in-die contact and non-contact sensors that ensure consistent quality and streamlined throughput. For components that require additional attention beyond progressive die capabilities, we offer expert secondary put-and-take operations, providing the flexibility to complete intricate parts with uncompromising accuracy.
