Stamping
Our stamping department is equipped with a multitude of servo, high-speed, mechanical, and hydraulic stamping presses ranging from 30 to 400 tons. ES&M specializes in progressive die and deep-drawn stamping.
Tool & Die
Through our tool and die partners, we are able to offer comprehensive tool maintenance, die repairs, and new die builds to support our in-house production capabilities. Elmira can provide a range of tool and die support to many industrial sectors, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, appliances, and more.
Machining
Elmira provides precision machining for wide-ranging applications in a variety of industries, and we are a regional leader in metallic extrusion machining. With our multiple 5-axis machining centers, we can create extrusions of up to 30 feet.
Fabrication
Our experienced team specializes in providing high-quality metal fabrication solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Elmira Stamping & Manufacturing offers a multitude of these processes, including press-brake, turret, laser, shear, and saw tooling.
Welding
By offering a full range of welding services, ES&M adds even greater convenience and value to our customers. In our fully equipped welding department, we offer MIG and TIG welding, spot welding, and even robotic welding for complex redundant welds in large production runs.
